Amber Ale

Amber Ales are difficult to define, but are often darker in colour than Pale Ales ranging from amber to deep red. There is often more of an emphasis on the malts and will therefore show more caramel malt flavours. An element of fruitiness will also be displayed in the aroma and taste.
