Buxton Brewery are producing some of the best beers in the country at the moment. From Double IPAs hopped with Sorachi Ace to a range of Belgian inspired beers.
Nth Cloud is dark orange in colour, similar to the sunset (or sunrise!) on the label. There's very little in the way of a head to get in the way of the striking aroma. It's piney and earthy, with passionfruit, blueberry and citrus.
The wonderfully balanced taste floats between sticky fruits and toffee. Citrus notes of lemon and orange cut through the stickiness leading to a pithy finish.
Bottled beers from Buxton Brewery are well distributed in specialist bottle shops throughout the country. You can order bottles direct from the brewery via EeBria.
Only cask beers from Buxton Brewery are fined with isinglass therefore making them unsuitable for vegans. Their bottles are not fined and they’re also unfiltered too. Beware of any releases with non-vegan ingredients such as Yellow Belly (contains lactose) and Dragon Tips (brewed with bacon).
This beer is suitable for vegans at the time of writing (October 2016).
