More substantial than a bowl of crisps, but not as filling as a starter, vegan nibbles can take many forms. From the quintessential bowl of hummus to spiced roasted chickpeas. Think of small pieces of food that can be held and eaten with a couple of fingers.
The right vegan beer pairing will depend on the individual flavours used. It is important to remember that the beer should mirror the food and you should start at the lighter end of the beer spectrum. Try Pale Ales, Lagers or Wheat Beers rather than Imperial Stouts or Double IPAs. For something more unusual try serving a quality Lager, such as Camden Hells or Freedom Organic Helles, in Champagne flutes. Pair it with mini-falafel bites or vegan sushi!
