Following the huge success of their sell-out supper clubs with Berlin’s Stone Brewery and the renowned XO Kitchen, Leeds based vegan pop-up Knaves Kitchen have announced a number of autumn/winter events in addition to the release of their eagerly anticipated first Christmas menu.
With guest appearances at a number of events like Halifax’s Chow Down and Vegan North at North Brew Co, plant-based eatery Knaves have been keeping the vegans of West Yorkshire happy since their launch in 2018 as part of the newly refurbished legendary Leeds dive bar Oporto.
The first of their autumn/winter events took place on World Vegan Day (November 1st) and featured five Halloween themed vegan dishes and five specially created Oporto cocktails and themed drinks paired with them.
New Year’s Eve will see an increased level of sophistication and celebration for Knave’s second event. Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed to their table with a glass of bubbly where top DJs will provide the soundtrack to a three-course vegan meal with some special surprises for only £29.95pp.
Knaves have also unveiled their first ever Christmas menu, which will be served from the 1st of December at Oporto bar in Leeds.
Featuring exciting and innovative vegan dishes such as ‘Christmas Wurst and Parsnip Bacon Bun’ as well as ‘Boozy Shallots, Root Hash and Lambs Lettuce Truffle Crunch’, ‘Peruvian Jack Fruit Ceviche, Corn Croquettes, Sweet Pepper Aji’ and ‘Yorkshire Seitan and Wild Mushroom Wellington, Rosemary Roasties, Mulled Cabbage, Buttered Greens and PROPER Gravy’.
With such an enticing, mouthwatering menu, Knaves are signing off an incredible year for veganism in style.
